Renting Overview
Pegaxy Blaze’s Renting feature allows both owners and renters to maximize the usage of a Pega!
Profit Sharing
For Owners
- Rent out your Pega and share VIS, PGX, and Guild Points rewards with renters.
- Earn a percentage of the renter's winnings from matches, depending on the sharing ratio you set.
For Renters
- Rent a strong Pega to earn VIS, PGX, and Guild Points from matches.
- Rent a Skin, it give perks and earn additional Guild Points in Guild Tournament matches.
- Rented Pega cannot join normal modes (normal race, solo battle, team battle) to ensure owners receive earnings. They can only be used in Guild tournaments or PGX Tour.
Fixed Rental
For Owners
- Set a fixed rental fee in PGX, which renters pay to use your Pega or Skin.
- Receive the PGX payment from renters without depending on their earnings from racing rewards.
For Renters
- Pay a fixed fee in PGX to rent a Pega or Skin.
- No rewards go to the owner. Earn VIS, PGX, and Guild Points entirely for yourself.
- Able to join all game modes.
Shared Rewards
- Only VIS, PGX, and Guild Points rewards are shared in profit-sharing rentals, and they will be distributed immediately after being earned.
Trophies
- Trophies are calculated for the Pega, but rental Trophies do not contribute to the renter's score.
What Can Be Rented?
NFT Pega and NFT Skins: Keep in mind that renting a Pega provides shared rewards through profit sharing, while renting a skin offers perks and can earn additional Guild Points in Guild Tournament matches.
Renting Rules
Profit Sharing
- Pay Listing Fee: Starting from July 30, a fee of 1 PGX is required to list an item for rent. This fee will be in effect for the first two weeks and may change after that.
- Set Profit Percentage: Determine the percentage of profits from matches; can be set to zero.
- Rental Duration: The rental duration for profit sharing is unlimited; owners can take back the item anytime.
- Set Access Limits: Choose whether the rental is open to all or restricted to guild members.
- Shared Rewards: VIS, PGX, and Guild Points rewards from matches are shared with renters according to the agreed profit percentage will be shared immediately after it is earned.
- Guild Points: If the renter decides to spend VIS to double their Guild Points earnings, renter will receive the entire bonus.
For example, if the renter gets 1st place with a reward of 30 GP, the points are split 50/50. The owner receives 15 GP, and the renter receives 15 GP. If the renter spends VIS, they earn an additional 30 GP, making their total 45 GP (15 GP from profit share + 30 GP bonus).
Fixed Rental
- Pay Listing Fee: Starting from July 30, a fee of 1 PGX is required to list an item for rent. This fee will be in effect for the first two weeks and may change after that.
- Set Rental Fee: This can be any amount, including zero, paid in PGX (receive 95%, burn 5%).
Example: If the rental fee is 1000 PGX, you will receive 950 PGX, and 50 PGX will be moved to the burn address.
- Set Rental Duration: Specify the rental period, up to a maximum of 7 days. Owners cannot take back the item during the rental period; the item will automatically return to the owner after the rental duration ends.
- Set Access Limits: Choose whether the rental is open to all or restricted to guild members.
- Independent Earnings: No rewards go to the owner. Earn VIS, PGX, and Guild Points entirely for yourself.
Skin Renting
- The skin NFT will return to the owner once the rental period expires. Neither the renter nor the owner can cancel the rental during this period.
- Skins can only be equipped on Pega that are owned, not rented.
- Rented Pega cannot use either rented or owned NFT skins.
NFT Retrieval Policy for Rented Assets
- Owners cannot retrieve the NFT while it is rented out. They must delist the asset before retrieval if it is listed for rent.
Pegaxy Blaze: Renting Tour
1. Tap [Rental] on the homepage.
2. Browse Pega Rental: Find Pega with all necessary details.
3. Select a Pega: Tap on your chosen Pega and click [Ok].
4. Explore Skin Rental: For all your skin needs.
5. Manage Assets: Go to [My Asset] to list your assets.
6. Add Preferences: Tap the button, set your preferences for listing.
7. Confirm when satisfied, and your asset will be listed!
